HGV Workshop Services Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HGV Workshop Services Manager to lead our Avonmouth workshop. In this full‑time role you will support the Branch Manager, oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organise the workshop team, scheduling work and planning daily activities.
• Support the Branch Manager in running the workshop and achieving business targets.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring service delivery meets current and future needs.
• Continuously review and improve workshop processes for efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, driving results against budgets and targets.
• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
