High Net Worth Account Executive

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing international insurance broking group to recruit a High Net Worth Account Executive for their Farnborough office. You will manage an established portfolio of affluent clients, providing specialist advice on home, motor and other personal lines insurance while identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing High Net Worth and private clients.
• Provide expert advice on high‑value home, motor, contents, valuables and prestige vehicle insurance.
• Conduct detailed client fact‑finds and risk reviews to tailor coverage.
• Negotiate terms with insurers to secure competitive solutions.
• Manage renewals, mid‑term adjustments and new business enquiries.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to increase portfolio penetration.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with the wider Private Clients team to meet service and growth targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private client, high net worth or personal lines insurance.
• Strong understanding of high‑value home, motor and personal lines products.
• Excellent relationship‑building and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to manage complex insurance requirements and deliver high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements.
