About the role

We are seeking a top‑performing High Net Worth Mortgage Broker to join an award‑winning brokerage serving the Amersham, High Wycombe and Beaconsfield areas. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, uncapped earnings and clear progression within a growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert mortgage leads from internal referrals, estate agents, accountants and other sources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and HNW clients.
• Provide expert mortgage advice and solutions tailored to high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold its award‑winning reputation.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage advisory.
• Experience working with high‑net‑worth clientele (preferred).
• Proven success collaborating with estate‑agency introducers.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong relationship‑building skills at all levels.
