High Net Worth Mortgage Broker – Hybrid (Amersham/High Wycombe)

About the role

We are seeking a top‑performing High Net Worth Mortgage Broker to join an award‑winning brokerage serving the High Wycombe, Amersham and Beaconsfield areas. The role offers a hybrid Monday‑Friday schedule, uncapped earnings and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert mortgage leads from internal referrals, estate agents and accountants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and HNW clients.
• Provide expert mortgage advice and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ mortgage advisory experience.
• Experience working with high‑net‑worth clientele (preferred).
• Proven success collaborating with estate‑agency introducers.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic attitude.

Required skills

• CeMAP qualification.
