High Net Worth Mortgage Broker – Hybrid (UK)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced High Net Worth Mortgage Broker to join a leading, award‑winning brokerage serving the High Wycombe, Amersham and Beaconsfield areas. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, Monday‑Friday, with no weekend commitments and access to a strong pipeline of leads from internal referrals, estate agents and accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture introducer relationships with estate agents, accountants and other referral sources.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, providing tailored mortgage advice and solutions.
• Convert leads into successful mortgage placements while meeting sales targets.
• Represent the brokerage’s brand professionally in client and partner interactions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience in mortgage advisory.
• Proven track record working with high‑net‑worth clientele (preferred).
• Successful history of collaborating with estate‑agency introducers.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic attitude.
