High Net Worth Mortgage Broker – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking a high‑net‑worth (HNW) Mortgage Broker to join a leading, award‑winning brokerage in Leeds. The role focuses on advising affluent clients and developing strong relationships with estate‑agency introducers. You will work Monday‑Friday with no weekend commitments, delivering tailored mortgage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advice to high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
• Build and maintain relationships with estate‑agency introducers to generate new business.
• Manage the end‑to‑end mortgage application process, from initial assessment to completion.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market products, rates, and regulatory changes.
• Represent the company’s award‑winning brand in client and partner interactions.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a mortgage adviser.
• Proven track record working with high‑net‑worth clientele (preferred).
• Successful history of collaborating with estate‑agency introducers.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic attitude.

Required skills

• CeMAP (or equivalent) certification.
