High‑Earning Mortgage Broker – HNW Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Mortgage Broker to join an award‑winning high‑net‑worth (HNW) brokerage serving the Hampshire and Surrey area. The successful candidate will work from our Farnborough office in a hybrid Monday‑Friday schedule, handling mortgage advice for affluent clients and managing introducer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advice to high‑net‑worth individuals, guiding them through product selection and application.
• Develop and maintain relationships with introducers such as estate agents, accountants and internal referral sources.
• Manage a pipeline of leads from multiple sources and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the brokerage’s revenue growth.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and keep client records up to date.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a mortgage adviser.
• Proven track record of working with high‑net‑worth clientele (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong relationship‑building skills at all levels.
