Ready to take the next step in your education career? SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a leading primary school in Westminster. You will work in a high‑performing, supportive environment, playing a key role across the curriculum while developing your own professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 when the teacher is absent.
• Support whole‑class teaching and learning.
• Lead small‑group and intervention sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers to raise pupil attainment.
• Provide high‑quality classroom support throughout the school.
• Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant.
• Confidence leading whole‑class learning.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Proactive, organised and enthusiastic.
• Genuine passion for primary education.
• HLTA status desirable but not essential if relevant experience is demonstrated.
