About the role
We are seeking a confident and creative Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding primary school in the London Borough of Ealing. The role starts in September 2026 and offers a long‑term, full‑time placement supporting pupils from EYFS through KS2.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver small‑group and one‑to‑one support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Assist pupils with mild special educational needs such as ASD, ADHD, dyslexia and speech & language difficulties.
- Use imaginative and creative activities to engage students with the core curriculum.
- Occasionally lead a class on a sporadic basis to gain teaching experience.
Required profile
- Previous classroom experience (e.g., tutor, cover supervisor, or HLTA).
- Enthusiastic, confident personality with a passion for primary education.
- Ability to generate innovative and fun learning ideas.
