Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Lambeth (Daily Rate £120‑£140)

About the role

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support primary schools across Lambeth. You will deliver lesson cover and provide targeted 1‑to‑1 intervention sessions, helping children achieve their full potential in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily lesson cover for primary‑aged classes as required.
• Plan and deliver personalised 1:1 intervention sessions.
• Manage small groups of pupils, ensuring engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to align support with the National Curriculum.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attendance.

Required profile

• Experience working with primary‑aged children in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Level 4 HLTA qualification or a BA (Hons) degree in Education Studies.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• Willingness to complete safer recruitment checks and obtain an Enhanced DBS.
