About the role
We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Wandsworth. The role is term‑time only and offers the chance to lead whole‑class learning and support early years pupils in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead whole‑class learning when required.
- Provide targeted interventions and small‑group support.
- Support high standards of teaching, learning and pupil progress.
- Collaborate with teaching staff across the school.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
Required profile
- Confident and motivated with experience in early years (Nursery or Reception).
- Organised, proactive and enthusiastic.
- Committed to ongoing professional development.
