About the role
We are looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Westminster. You will support teaching and learning across the school, stepping in for teachers and delivering targeted interventions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Provide targeted interventions for pupils who need additional support.
- Assist pupils with SEND and other learning needs.
- Support planning and assessment activities alongside teachers.
Required profile
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Commitment to a full‑time, term‑time only schedule.
