HLOP & Reach Truck Driver – Full-time (Temp to Permanent)

About the role

People Solutions is recruiting a HLOP & Reach Truck Driver for a busy logistics operation in Erdington, Birmingham. The position starts on a temporary basis with the prospect of becoming permanent, offering a stable hourly rate and weekly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on incoming stock and report any damage.
• Label products, prepare stock for dispatch and pack orders.
• Operate RDT scanners accurately to record stock movements.
• Drive a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) and a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
• Interact with customers within the warehouse environment.
• Maintain accurate records and produce quality inspection reports.

Required profile

• Good written and spoken English.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Valid Reach Truck licence with 1–2 years of operating experience.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a reliable, professional attitude.
• Comfortable working at height.
