About the role

Join Parkdean Resorts as a Cleaner, responsible for delivering spotless holiday homes that provide guests with a safe and welcoming environment. You will work hands‑on to maintain high‑quality standards across our accommodation portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Clean holiday homes to the brand’s high‑quality standards.
• Manage your own workload to achieve the required number of cleans within allocated time.
• Use company‑supplied chemicals and cleaning materials safely, following COSHH guidelines.
• Provide friendly guest service, addressing queries and minimizing disruptions.
• Report faults, repairs or other issues promptly to the Accommodation Supervisor.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied days, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Capability to work quickly and follow complex work plans efficiently.
• Positive and friendly manner when interacting with guests and team members.

Required skills

• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals in accordance with COSHH regulations.
