About the role

Join Jersey Electricity as a Home & Appliance Delivery Assistant, delivering Powerhouse products to customers' homes while providing friendly, professional service and supporting on‑site installers.

Key responsibilities

• Load, transport and safely deliver appliances and IT products, ensuring flawless condition.
• Provide clear communication about delivery times and basic product information.
• Assist installers and technicians with unpacking or positioning items as needed.
• Complete accurate delivery records and report any issues promptly.
• Follow health‑and‑safety guidelines, perform basic vehicle checks and adhere to road‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Dependable, upbeat and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety, punctuality and high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Full, valid UK/Jersey driving licence.
• Medium Goods Vehicle (MGV) licence.
• Basic IT awareness.
