Home Care Assistant – Compassionate Support Role

About the role

Want a role where your compassion has a real impact? You will support individuals to stay safe and comfortable in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. You’ll provide personal care, assist with everyday tasks, and offer reassurance and companionship.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, medication reminders and household chores.
• Offer comfort, reassurance and companionship to promote independence.
• Work flexible hours, including alternate weekends as required.
• Document care activities and communicate any concerns to the care team.

Required profile

• Kind and compassionate attitude.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining on visa (no sponsorship offered).
• Willingness to work alternate weekends.
• No prior experience required – full training provided.
• Ability to follow training and adhere to health and safety standards.
