Home Care Assistant

About the role

As a Home Care Assistant you will support service users in Crewe, helping them stay independent, engaged and active in their community. The role is based locally, so you won’t need to drive, and mileage will be reimbursed on top of your salary.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to individual needs.
• Support medication management and ensure safe administration.
• Facilitate access to community activities and social outings.
• Build meaningful relationships that enhance quality of life.

Required profile

• Passionate about supporting others, whether or not you have prior care experience.
• Reliable, flexible and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Willing to undergo full training and continuous development.
