Home Manager – Boutique Residential Care Home

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to lead a boutique residential care home in Eastbourne. You will be responsible for maintaining a warm, family‑like atmosphere while delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care for up to 20 residents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and day‑to‑day management of the home.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain excellent care quality.
• Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.
• Manage budgets, staffing levels and resource allocation.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families and the local community.
• Continuously improve service delivery and resident experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a residential care setting.
• Strong commitment to person‑centred care and dignity of residents.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to oversee a small team and manage up to 20 residents.
