About the role

The Home Manager will lead Mayflower Care Home, a 76‑bed specialist dementia service in Northfleet, Gravesend. This senior position requires decisive, visible leadership to reset standards, rebuild confidence and define what excellence looks like in a large, complex dementia setting.

Key responsibilities

• Reset care standards and rebuild confidence across the home.
• Drive occupancy growth while maintaining high quality compliance.
• Deliver effective workforce management, including agency usage control.
• Lead high‑end dementia care with a focus on resident understanding and person‑centred environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Home Manager in a dementia or specialist care setting.
• Strong, visible leadership with the ability to influence and inspire staff.
• Commitment to delivering person‑centred care and improving operational outcomes.
