Home Manager – Luxury Elderly Care Home

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a luxury elderly care home on the outskirts of Slough. You will have full autonomy to run the home, supported by senior leadership, and will be responsible for delivering an outstanding resident experience in a high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and service.
• Maintain CQC compliance and achieve a rating of Good or above.
• Manage budgets, occupancy levels and financial performance.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing team.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety and resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Home Manager in elderly care.
• Demonstrated success in achieving excellent quality and compliance outcomes.
• Passion for creating outstanding resident experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness of occupancy, budgets and performance metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a luxury, service‑led environment.
