Home Manager – Residential & Nursing Care

About the role

We are looking for a Home Manager to lead our team at Briggs Lodge Residential and Nursing Home in Devizes. You will champion exceptional, person‑centred care and help create a supportive, thriving environment for residents, families and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the care team to enrich residents’ lives daily.
• Deliver personalised, high‑quality care aligned with individual care plans.
• Champion meaningful leisure and social activities for residents.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Model a positive, kind, and supportive culture across the home.

Required profile

• Experience in a residential or nursing care setting.
• Strong operational management and leadership abilities.
• People‑focused communicator who collaborates well.
• Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
• Valid NMC PIN preferred.
• Current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
