Hospitality Architect – Contract (RIBA Stages 3‑5)

About the role

We are partnering with a globally recognised architecture studio to hire an experienced Hospitality Architect on a six‑month contract. The role is based in London and supports high‑end hospitality projects across the later concept, planning and delivery phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate design packages covering RIBA stages 3 to 5.
• Produce accurate drawing sets using Revit within a collaborative BIM environment.
• Contribute to design development and resolve technical issues.
• Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design consistency.
• Support project deadlines with clear, organised output.

Required profile

• ARB‑registered Architect with strong UK project experience.
• Proven experience on large‑scale or design‑led hospitality schemes.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader team.
• Availability for a six‑month contract with a prompt start.
