Hospitality Host – Care Home

About the role

We are looking for a Hospitality Host to deliver an outstanding customer experience through presentation and food service at our flagship luxury care home in Holt, Norfolk. You will work closely with the Hospitality Manager and Home Manager to ensure residents receive high‑quality hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness in all hospitality areas.
• Provide efficient and courteous food and beverage service to residents.
• Support the Hospitality Manager in daily operations and ensure compliance with care home policies.
• Assist with setting up dining areas and events, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience, preferably in food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
