Hospitality Host

About the role

As a Hospitality Host you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience for residents at Park Lane Care Home. You will ensure that food and beverage service is presented to the highest standards and that residents enjoy a welcoming, comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present food and drink items in line with care home standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all hospitality areas.
• Assist residents with their dining needs, ensuring a friendly and respectful service.
• Work closely with the Hospitality Manager and Home Manager to uphold service quality.
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience, preferably in food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
