Hospitality Host

About the role

The Hospitality Host ensures an excellent customer experience through high‑standard presentation and food service within Four Oaks Care Home. You will report to the Hospitality Manager/Home Manager and work closely with the care team to support residents' wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a focus on delivering outstanding customer experience in the care home environment.
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring presentation meets the home’s standards.
• Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager and Home Manager to uphold hospitality procedures.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience, with considerable food and beverage service background.
• Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
