Hospitality & Management Lecturer (Full‑Time, London)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality & Management Lecturer to join a leading further‑ and higher‑education college in central London. The successful candidate will deliver undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, inspiring students to achieve excellence in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and seminars for Levels 4‑6 in Hospitality Management & Leadership.
• Plan, deliver and assess coursework, ensuring high‑quality learning outcomes.
• Provide academic support and constructive feedback to enhance student achievement.
• Develop and update curriculum content in line with current industry practices.
• Contribute to quality assurance, programme development and student recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Events Management or a related discipline.
• Proven teaching experience in UK higher education or within the hospitality industry.
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one) and strong subject knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organisational and digital learning skills.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching, safeguarding and continuous professional development.
