Hospitality Services Manager

About the role

Hallmark Care Homes is seeking an experienced Hospitality Services Manager to lead the hospitality operations across our residential care homes. You will be responsible for delivering a five‑star experience for residents while ensuring safe, hygienic, and efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and motivation to the hospitality team.
• Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and care teams to maintain high environmental standards.
• Build relationships with residents, gather feedback and champion their experience.
• Manage budgets, control costs and identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure restaurant areas meet five‑star presentation and service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Hospitality Services Manager, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast results and drive financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
