About the role
The hotel is looking for a Cost Controller to manage financial performance, ensure accurate cost reporting and support strategic decision‑making. You will work closely with the finance and operations teams to maintain tight control over expenses.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cost control and analysis across all hotel departments.
- Manage purchasing activities and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Prepare month‑end pre‑payments and accruals.
- Monitor budget variances and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve cost efficiency.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a hotel, hospitality or food & beverage environment.
- Demonstrated ability to carry out the duties listed above.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary range £50,000 – £65,000 per year.
- Performance‑based bonus.
