Hotel Manager – Independent Hotel in Burnley

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Manager to lead an independent hotel in the Burnley area. You will have full autonomy to shape the guest experience, drive commercial performance, and develop a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across all hotel departments.
• Inspire, coach and develop staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive revenue, manage costs and maximise profitability.
• Maintain consistently high standards throughout the property.
• Oversee recruitment, training, rotas and performance management.
• Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, Deputy Hotel Manager or Operations Manager in a hotel setting.
• Natural ability to lead, motivate and develop people.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach and excellent organisational skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
