Hotel Night Ambassador

About the role

Join citizenM as a Night Ambassador and be the face of our hotel during the overnight hours. You will welcome guests, assist with self‑check‑in, serve food and drinks, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them through the self‑check‑in process.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Act as a concierge, providing local recommendations and answering guest queries.
• Maintain the living room, canteen, and food displays for the next shift.
• Handle reservations and perform the nightly audit using the property management system.
• Manage keys, oversee night‑time operations, and respond to emergencies.

Required profile

• Friendly, empathetic attitude with a genuine desire to treat guests like friends.
• Collaborative mindset and optimistic outlook.
• Curious problem‑solver who looks for simpler, better ways to work.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using a property management system (PMS) for reservations and night audit.
