Hotel Receptionist – Premier Inn Hyde

About the role
Join the front‑of‑house team at Premier Inn Hyde as a Receptionist. You will be the first friendly face guests see, helping them check‑in smoothly and ensuring a pleasant stay from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, local area and services.
- Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work 24 hours per week on a permanent schedule.
- Willingness to collaborate with other hotel departments.
