About the role

Join the dynamic team at ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf as a Hotel Team Member. This multi‑skilled position blends Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Kitchen duties, offering a varied day‑to‑day experience in a vibrant hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous front‑desk service, including check‑in, check‑out and guest enquiries.
• Support food and beverage operations, from serving guests to assisting in bar and restaurant areas.
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as food preparation and station setup, according to demand.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all hotel areas.
• Adapt to shifting business needs, ensuring seamless service during peak periods.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, energetic personality.
• Well‑organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work any shift, Monday through Sunday.
