About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Hotel Team Member to join our multi‑skilled crew at ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf. The role offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, supporting guests across front‑office, food & beverage and kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist at the Front Office, handling guest check‑in, check‑out and enquiries.
• Support Food & Beverage service, including serving, bar duties and guest interaction.
• Perform kitchen tasks as required, ensuring food preparation standards are met.
• Adapt to varying business demands, providing flexible coverage across all hotel areas.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑organized with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, Monday to Sunday.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
