Hourly Paid Lecturer – Public Affairs & Lobbying

About the role

OMNES Education London School is seeking an enthusiastic Hourly Paid Lecturer to deliver a Public Affairs and Lobbying / Social Policy module for Year 3 International Relations students during a study‑abroad semester.

Key responsibilities

• Teach 18 contact hours (1.5‑hour weekly sessions) from mid‑September to mid‑December 2026 on campus.
• Design module handbooks and all teaching materials using provided templates.
• Create, mark and provide written feedback on assessments.
• Attend induction, core meetings and quality‑assurance processes.
• Monitor student attendance, progress and achievement, maintaining accurate records.
• Deliver inclusive, high‑quality teaching and support.

Required profile

• Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
• Relevant degree or substantial professional experience in public affairs, lobbying or social policy.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
• Desirable: PG Cert in Learning & Teaching or Fellowship of Advance HE.
