Housekeeper – Boutique Hotel & Pub

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our vibrant boutique hotel and pub, Hort’s Townhouse. You will play a key part in delivering a warm, welcoming experience for guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our 19 uniquely designed bedrooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks in guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
- Manage linen inventory, guest supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure all cleaning projects are completed on time and to premium standards.
- Support the bar and restaurant areas with basic cleaning and tidying as needed.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong team‑oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
