About the role
The Bedford Arms is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join its vibrant hospitality team. You will play a key part in delivering a clean, welcoming environment for both hotel guests and pub patrons.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks to the highest standard.
- Maintain and care for all housekeeping equipment.
- Manage linen inventory and guest supplies efficiently.
- Complete special cleaning projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Support other team members to uphold overall guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong team‑oriented mindset.
- Very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.
