Housekeeper

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join the team at Hort’s Townhouse, a premium British pub with 19 boutique bedrooms. You will help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort that define our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Manage linen inventory, guest supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure all rooms are prepared to the highest standard before guest arrival.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to the relevant department.
• Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong team orientation.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of standard housekeeping procedures and use of cleaning equipment.
