Housekeeper

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join the team at Hort’s Townhouse, a premium British pub with boutique bedrooms. You will ensure each guest room and public area is immaculate, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
• Manage linen inventory, replenish guest supplies, and coordinate with laundry services.
• Maintain and report on the condition of cleaning equipment and fixtures.
• Execute weekly and monthly deep‑cleaning tasks, including upholstery, carpets, and high‑touch surfaces.
• Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work well in a team.
• Very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.
• Reliability and willingness to follow scheduled cleaning routines.
