Housekeeper – Pub & Guest Rooms

About the role

Join the historic White Hart pub in Ford as a Housekeeper, responsible for keeping our 11 uniquely styled bedrooms and public areas immaculate for guests. You will work closely with a friendly team to deliver a high‑standard hospitality experience in a charming Tudor‑era setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Manage linen inventory, guest supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Report any maintenance issues and assist with minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to support seamless guest service.
