Housekeeper (Room Attendant) – Oxford

About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at Malmaison Oxford and ensure every guest bedroom is spotless and welcoming. You will work as a Room Attendant, maintaining high standards of cleanliness while interacting with guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all guest bedrooms daily according to Malmaison standards.
• Maintain inventory of linen, amenities and cleaning supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow health, safety and chemical handling procedures.
• Work set shifts, typically five days a week starting at 9 am or 10 am, with flexibility during peak periods.

Required profile

• Good conversational English.
• Ability to work independently for periods of time.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
