Housekeeper – Tilford Care Home

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Tilford Care Home in Farnham. This part‑time position involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will work closely with the home management team to uphold high standards of hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Perform communal area cleaning to ensure safety and cleanliness for residents and employees.
• Carry out domestic duties such as dusting, polishing, and vacuuming residents’ bedrooms, using appropriate warning signs when required.
• Collaborate with the home management team to meet hygiene standards and support overall home operations.
• Provide companionship, communication, and engagement with residents as part of the care team.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
• Availability for 24 hours per week, including alternative weekends.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, as the home is in a remote location with no public transport.

Required skills

• None – the role provides training on all necessary cleaning and care procedures.
