About the role
Join Avery Healthcare’s award‑winning team at Cliveden Manor Care Home in Marlow as a Housekeeping Assistant – Bank. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, supporting the high standards of care and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out all cleaning duties in line with worksheet instructions.
- Apply appropriate cleaning methods for different surfaces and materials.
- Maintain laundry services according to standard operating procedures.
- Respect residents’ personal space and belongings, treating them with dignity.
- Ensure hotel‑style service standards are upheld throughout the home.
Required profile
- Demonstrates caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable values.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety, including Moving and Handling, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
- Experience cleaning and handling laundry in a public setting.
- Compassionate approach to delivering high‑quality housekeeping for residents.
- Flexibility to adapt to varied responsibilities at short notice.
