Housekeeping Assistant (Live-in)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Housekeeping Assistant to join Bespoke Hotels. The role is live‑in, allowing you to be on‑site and ensure rooms and public areas are kept to the highest standards while providing a welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with company standards.
• Minimise disruption to guests by scheduling tasks efficiently.
• Respond promptly and professionally to reasonable guest requests.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately following the correct procedure.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn.
