Housekeeping Operative – Full Time

About the role

Join the housekeeping team at Hotel Indigo Gloucester and help maintain the highest cleaning standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will ensure compliance with brand guidelines while delivering a consistently high level of service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to brand standards.
• Manage flexible shift patterns, working any day between Monday and Sunday.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage.

Required profile

• Hotel cleaning experience preferred but not essential – two weeks of training provided.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organisational abilities.
• Confident, professional and welcoming personality.
