Housekeeping Operative

About the role

The Housekeeping Operative will join the team at DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol City Centre, delivering high‑quality cleaning services across the hotel. Working flexible hours from Monday to Sunday, you will help maintain the brand’s standards of cleanliness and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in line with hotel standards.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and health & safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing supplies to the appropriate department.
• Manage time efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules.

Required profile

• Hotel cleaning experience is preferred but not essential – two weeks of training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organisational abilities.
• Confident, professional and welcoming personality.
