Housekeeping Staff for Care & Nursing Homes

About the role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking housekeeping staff to join our team supporting care and nursing homes in the Potters Bar and surrounding areas. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean bedrooms, communal areas, classrooms, and offices to high standards.
• Maintain hygiene and infection‑control protocols throughout the facility.
• Manage laundry and linen services, ensuring timely turnover.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Support a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
