About the role

Join the housekeeping team at Littlecote House, a historic Grade I listed hotel in Hungerford. You will help deliver a seamless guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager and Team Leaders in ensuring rooms are ready for arrival.
• Maintain inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly.

• Eagerness to learn and improve customer service skills.
