About the role

As a Housekeeping Team Member at Holiday Inn Cambridge, you will help create a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. Your work behind the scenes directly influences how guests feel during their stay, ensuring they relax and feel cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and public areas to company standards within allocated timeframes.
• Follow agreed cleaning and presentation standards for all room categories.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues or breakages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in linen rooms, cupboards and working areas.
• Return all cleaning equipment to designated storerooms at the end of each shift.
• Work safely and responsibly, adhering to hygiene and health & safety guidelines.
• Contribute positively to the team by working cooperatively and reliably.
