About the role

Bond Turner is seeking a motivated Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Fee Earner to join its Liverpool office. The role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of housing disrepair claims, working closely with clients and senior counsel to achieve successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of pre‑ and post‑litigated housing disrepair claims.
• Drafting and handling various interlocutory applications.
• Liaising with counsel and providing clear, coherent instructions.
• Driving cases from instruction through to settlement, including complex, small‑claims and multi‑track matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housing disrepair litigation (claimant or defendant side).
• Target‑driven with a strong focus on client care.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and housing conditions case law.
• Strong problem‑solving and negotiation capabilities.
