About the role
G2 Legal Limited, a dynamic law firm in Liverpool, is seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join its well‑established team. You will manage a full caseload of housing disrepair claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, working closely with senior solicitors and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead housing disrepair claims, handling all stages of litigation.
- Prepare and present cases in court, ensuring robust advocacy.
- Collaborate with partners and other solicitors to develop case strategy.
- Maintain high standards of client service and case documentation.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with proven experience in housing disrepair or related litigation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage an independent litigated caseload.
- Ambitious, confident, and able to work autonomously.
